He is a well-known personality in Tunnel Engineering in India and Abroad. Brigadier Manoj is an expert in SSB, Student Counselling, and Motivation.

Electrical Engineer & Alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad with corporate experience in Siemens as Senior Executive Marketing & Strategy is the Director of TSEC with a mission to identify, encourage, train & groom the Indian youth to join the Indian armed forces. With strong conceptual knowledge he leads the written examination faculty members of TSEC to ensure a high success for the aspirants in NDA & other examinations.

B.A. B.Ed with over 30 years of experience as a teacher & principal at schools of national repute such as Army Public School, Kendriya Vidyalaya etc. She is the Director Administration at TSEC. Mrs Vijaya has managed-raised a school & also successfully organised numerous events in Army. She is an interior decorator & has also been Zonal President AWWA (Army Wives & Welfare Association) & BROWWA (Border Roads Wives & Welfare Association) during her tenure.
